&lt;p&gt;It would be nice to know what the hardware bottleneck on the original database server was, and what kind of hardware it had, along with what level of hardware is in the replacement server.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Provisioning and configuring a new server in a few hours while being &amp;quot;under the gun&amp;quot; in such a public way is pretty impressive.&lt;/p&gt;
